Our products ship worldwide. We fulfill orders to retail buyers through our courier partners, shipping charges will be extra.

RETURN POLICY

We guarantee that we always sell 100% authentic and fresh tea in vacuum-sealed packs to ensure the aroma, freshness and flavour of the tea is retained for your enjoyment.

RETURN POLICY

All our products conform to the relevant FSSAI regulations.  If there is any deficiency in the packaging or sealing of the product, we will be happy to offer a free replacement with the same item.  Our liability in such cases shall be limited to free replacement and we shall not be liable for any consequential damages.

We strongly advise that you try one package of the product you are interested in, to start with.  You can always re-order.

As this is a food item, we will not be able to offer refunds for packages opened at your end.

Acceptance of returns

If you are delivered an item different from what you ordered, please contact us over phone or email so that we can arrange for a replacement worth the ordered item.  The item wrongly delivered must be returned to us in unopened, unused condition.

If the item is delivered to you in damaged condition, please contact us over phone or email so that we can arrange for a replacement with the like item.  The damaged item must be returned to us in its original packaging.
